STANDARD DELIVERY

The goods are delivered as quickly and reliably as possible in Germany within 2-4 working days of the order, and within Europe within 3-8 working days.

Delivery times may vary for individual items.

The applicable delivery times can be found on the article pages. It should be noted that for shopping carts with different items and delivery times, the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time should generally be assumed. We will ship the order collectively when all items in stock are available in our warehouse.

DELIVERY TO PACKING STATIONS

Shipping to a desired PACKSTATION is generally possible.
To deliver to a PACKSTATION, please enter the address as follows:

1. First and last names

2. In the additional address field, enter your personal customer number (also called postal number)

3. In the Street and No. field “Packstation” and as house numbers the three-digit number of your desired Packstation (e.g. Packstation 123)

4. Zip code and the location of the desired packing station

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Germany
We ship to Germany with the service provider DHL. After our warehouse has packed the package, we send an email with a tracking number and the option to choose different delivery options if necessary.

Within the EU we ship with the service provider DHL. After our warehouse has packed the package, we send an email with a tracking number and the option to choose different delivery options if necessary.

PAYMENT

We currently offer the following payment options:

Credit card
If the credit card payment method was selected, the credit card details will be requested when completing the order. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX cards are currently accepted. After completing the order, we will send an order confirmation. We will send the invoice when the order has been packed in our warehouse and prepared for shipping. The payment made will be listed on the invoice as already made. No further payments are required.

Paypal
If the payment method Paypal was chosen, there will be an automatic redirection to Paypal when the order is completed. Here the payment is made using the available payment methods. After completing the order, we will send an order confirmation. We will send the invoice when the order has been packed in our warehouse and prepared for shipping. The payment made will be listed on the invoice as already made. No further payments are required.
