    Ingredients

    INGREDIENTS:

Zinc bisglycinate, Chlorella microalgae powder, Capsule shell: 100% vegetable cellulose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)

    RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water. As we use a well-tolerated zinc compound (bisglycinate), the capsule can be taken at any time (regardless of the time of day).

Notes: Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

To avoid possible interactions, simultaneous intake with calcium or iron should be avoided.

If you experience sensitivities, it is recommended to take it in the evening.

Since some nutrients in plant-based foods (phytates) such as whole grain products or vegetables can inhibit the absorption of zinc, it is recommended to delay the intake.

    Information

    ABOUT ZINC

Not all zinc is created equal.
There are different zinc compounds. According to our nutritionists, zinc bisglycinate is the compound that is best absorbed by the body. It also has high bioavailability.

Zinc is present in highly concentrated form in our hair, among other places. Zinc deficiency can be a cause of brittle and fragile hair, leading to hair loss. This is primarily because hair and nails are only supplied with zinc after all other organs, and in case of a deficiency, zinc is also withdrawn from them first.
