What is PMS?
PMS stands for Premenstrual Syndrome. It refers to a range of physical and emotional symptoms that many women experience in the days leading up to their menstruation. Typically, these symptoms subside at the onset of menstruation or shortly thereafter, only to reappear the following month. This is due to hormonal fluctuations, particularly concerning the female sex hormones estrogen and progesterone. The intensity and type of symptoms can vary from woman to woman. The most common PMS symptoms include headaches, migraines, abdominal pain, breast tenderness, back pain, lower abdominal pain leading to cramps, fatigue, irritability, nervousness, mood swings, sadness, anxiety, food cravings, sleep disturbances, bloating, water retention, weight gain, and increased appetite.

About Vitamin B6
A large part of fat metabolism, the immune system, the nervous system, and hormonal balance are influenced by vitamin B6. B6 is important for brain development, brain function, and supports the production of serotonin, which can have a positive influence on mood, sleep, and well-being. Studies have shown that vitamin B6 can positively help regulate irritability and mood swings.
Vitamin B6 contributes to:
- normal cysteine synthesis
- normal energy metabolism
- normal functioning of the nervous system
- normal homocysteine metabolism
- normal protein and glycogen metabolism
- normal psychological function
- normal red blood cell formation
- normal functioning of the immune system
- the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- the regulation of hormonal activity
Symptoms of Vitamin B6 deficiency:
- Skin inflammation
- Fatigue
- Nerve irritation
Increased Vitamin B6 Requirement:
- Pregnancy
- Lactation
- High alcohol consumption
- Certain medications
About Vitamin E
We use a natural source of Vitamin E, meaning our compound contains no foreign isomers (structural chemical compounds), leading to higher bioavailability. Vitamin E has many positive effects on our body – it helps combat harmful compounds (free radicals) in our cells. These free radicals can be promoted by various factors, such as inflammation in the body, UV radiation, stress, nicotine, and environmental toxins. They have a cell-damaging effect and are also associated with the development of various diseases.
VITAMIN E CONTRIBUTES TO:
- the protection of cells from oxidative stress
INCREASED VITAMIN E REQUIREMENT:
- during pregnancy and lactation
- for competitive athletes
- for smokers
- during stress
- due to environmental stress factors (e.g., pesticide exposure, radiation, air and water pollution)
This high-quality nutrient complex, with its numerous valuable ingredients, combined from traditional plants and vitamins B6 and E, is entirely focused on supporting women.
